3. Orders & Contract Formation

3.1. All orders are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance.
3.2. Our automated order acknowledgement is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your Goods or debit your payment, whichever is earlier.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including sales to dealers or for commercial resale.
3.4. Eligibility: To order, you must be at least 18 years old, resident in the UK, and possess a valid payment method.


4. Price, Payment & Ownership

4.1. Prices are as quoted on the Website and include VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices before acceptance.
4.2. Payment is taken at the time of order. You confirm your payment method is yours and authorise us to perform validation checks.
4.3. Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.
4.4. Ownership of the Goods passes to you only once we have received payment in full.


5. Delivery, Specifications & Export Control

5.1. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
5.2. We may change product specifications to comply with safety, legal, or manufacturer changes, aiming not to reduce quality. We will notify you of substantial changes to an order you have placed.
5.3. Goods may be subject to UK, EU, and US export control laws. You warrant you will not export them to restricted countries, entities, or for prohibited end-uses.


6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. Change of Mind / Distance Selling Rights (Consumer Customers):
* You may cancel an order for Goods (excluding sealed audio/video/software) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
* You may cancel Services within 14 days of order, unless performance has begun with your agreement.
* To cancel, email us at sales@prefilledvapesoutlet.co.uk.
* You are responsible for the cost of returning Goods unless faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.
* We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.

6.2. Faulty or Damaged Goods: Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us for a return or exchange.

6.3. Our Right to Terminate: We may terminate our agreement with you by written notice if you materially breach these Conditions.
