Prefilled Vapes Outlet refunds and returns policy

Under our refunds and returns policy, you can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it and get a full refund, if the items are unused and still sealed in their original packaging. You email us at sales@prefilledvapesoutlet.co.uk, you pay to post the goods back unless they're faulty, and we refund you within 14 days of getting them back in acceptable condition. Faulty and wrong items are handled separately, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.

 

A faulty vape, the wrong item, or a parcel that arrives damaged

Email us as soon as you notice, with your order number and a short note on what's wrong. We'll tell you what happens next. This is a separate route from a change of mind, so the sealed and unused condition above doesn't apply to it.

Sellers must offer a full refund on an item that is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected by anything on this page.

A wrong item, or one damaged in the post, goes the same way: you email us. We'd suggest you stop using the item until we've replied.

 

Orders placed by someone under 18

Nobody under 18 can buy from us. When we identify an order as placed by someone underage, we cancel it and refund it in full to the payment method used. Our age verification policy has the detail.
