* Pay all amounts due to Prefilled Vapes Outlet promptly.
* Provide personal information that is true, accurate, current, and complete.
* Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information.
* Not impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false name.

2. Our Rights Regarding Products & Terms

2.1. We reserve the right to:
* Modify product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.
* Update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
2.2. We are not obligated to notify you of changes to products or terms unless you have a pending order that is affected.
2.3. We may change product specifications to comply with safety, legal, or manufacturer updates, striving not to reduce quality. We will notify you of substantial changes to an order you have placed.
2.4. Delivery and service timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to events outside our reasonable control.
2.5. Goods are subject to UK, EU, and US export control laws. You agree not to resell or transfer them to restricted countries, entities, or for prohibited uses (e.g., weapons development).

3. Placing an Order

3.1. To order, you must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident, and meet our eligibility criteria at our discretion.
3.2. You must provide accurate name, address, phone, and payment details when requested.
3.3. Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods or take payment, whichever is earlier. An automated order confirmation is not acceptance.
3.4. We may refuse or limit any order prior to acceptance, including sales we suspect are for commercial resale.

4. Price, Payment & Ownership

4.1. The price is as confirmed before you place your order and includes VAT unless stated.
4.2. If payment fails, we may cancel the order and/or charge interest on overdue amounts at 2% per month.
4.3. You confirm your payment method is valid and authorise necessary validation checks.
4.4. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you only after we receive full payment. Until then, you must store goods safely as our property.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights)

5.1. Statutory Cancellation Right (Distance Selling): You may cancel an order for Goods (excluding unsealed software/media) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unused, in original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase. 5.2. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.
5.3. If goods are used, damaged, or incomplete upon return, we may deduct an amount from your refund or recover costs.
5.4. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition.
5.5. Important Note on Device Performance: As authorised retail resellers, we sell sealed, unopened products supplied directly from official distributors. We cannot warranty device performance once the original factory seal is broken. Due to sanitary and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used goods or goods where the original seal is broken, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
