Delivery Information

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK and internationally. Please review our policies below.

 

Delivery Charges & Thresholds

  • UK Retail Orders:

    • FREE on all orders over £25.00.

    • A standard delivery charge applies to orders under £25.00.

  • UK Wholesale Orders:

    • FREE on all wholesale orders over £350.00.

  • International Orders (Including EU & Worldwide):

    • A flat fee of £10.00 applies to any parcel up to 10kg.

    • Charges for heavier parcels will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery Timescales

  • UK Mainland: Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched.

  • International Destinations: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow slightly longer for overseas shipments.

  • Working Days: These are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • The daily order cut-off for same-day processing is 5:00 PM (UK time).

  • Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend/bank holiday, will be processed the next working day.

  • For specific delivery requirements or urgent requests, please email us at sales@prefilledvapesoutletuk.co.uk before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.


The Delivery Process

  1. Tracking: All our services include free tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

  2. Signature & Receipt: Most deliveries require a signature.

    • If you are not available, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a local collection point and will leave a card instructing you where it is.

    • Parcels will not be left in an unsecured location if a signature cannot be obtained.

  3. Delivery Address: You may specify a delivery address that is different from your billing address at checkout (e.g., your workplace).


Important Notes

  • All delivery timescales are estimates and are subject to product availability and carrier performance.

  • We cannot specify precise delivery times within the delivery window.

  • Our standard carriers (such as Royal Mail/DHL) do not typically deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
