Delivery is free on orders over £20. If you order before 7pm on a working day, we dispatch the same day. Once it has left us, it usually takes 2 to 3 working days to reach UK mainland addresses. Every parcel is tracked. We only deliver within the UK.

 

What our vape delivery costs and when it is free

Spend over £20 and we cover the delivery. It counts the whole order. Prefilled pod kits, replacement pods and nic salts all add up towards the £20.

 

Same day dispatch and what it means

Dispatch is the day your parcel leaves our UK warehouse. Delivery is the day it reaches you.

Say you order at 4.30pm on a working day. It goes out that day, and your delivery count starts there. Order at 8pm, after the 7pm cut off, and we can't promise it leaves that day.

 

How long delivery takes once your parcel is dispatched

On UK mainland addresses that means 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

We use Royal Mail and DHL. These are estimates, so if you need it by a certain day, order early.

 

Sending your order to an alternative delivery address

At checkout you can enter an alternative delivery address. It suits a work address or a friend's place. Pick somewhere you will be in on the day. Check the house number and postcode before you pay.

Tracking your vape order

Tracking is free on every service we use. Keep your order number handy if you need to write to us. We email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

 

Signature on delivery and age confirmation

Most deliveries need a signature, and we don't leave parcels unsecured without one. Where applicable, delivery may also need confirmation of identity on arrival.
