What We Do to Stay Compliant

Running a compliant UK vape retailer is not something that happens by accident. It requires ongoing attention. Here is what we do as a matter of routine:

•       MHRA notification checks. Before any product goes live on our site, we verify that it has been properly notified to the MHRA under the TRPR submission system. We check the MHRA e-cigarette notification database and do not list products that are not in it.

•       2ml capacity compliance. Every pod and tank we sell holds a maximum of 2ml of e-liquid. This is a legal requirement under the TRPR and one we enforce absolutely.

•       20mg nicotine cap. Every nicotine-containing product we sell has a maximum strength of 20mg per millilitre. The 20mg cap is the UK legal limit and we do not exceed it.

•       Health warning verification. We check that packaging carries the required nicotine warning covering at least 30 percent of the two largest surfaces, as required by law.

•       Age restriction enforcement. You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We operate an age verification process at checkout and cancel any order we believe has been placed by an underage person.
