We run a UK online vape shop for adults aged 18 and over. Everything leaves from our warehouse in the UK, and we sell prefilled pod kits, replacement pods, nic salts and vape kits. Below you will find what we check before a product goes live, how age is checked, when an order leaves and what to do if something is wrong.

What we sell, from prefilled pod kits to nic salts

There are four parts to the range, and each has its own collection on the site. The biggest is prefilled pod kits.

Prefilled pod kits

A kit is a rechargeable battery with a pod that comes already filled, so there is no bottle to open and nothing to pour. When the pod runs out you charge the battery, fit a new pod and carry on. IVG, Hayati and Vaporesso are in the prefilled pod kits collection.

Replacement pods

These are prefilled nic salt pods holding 2ml each, made to fit the kits. They live together under replacement pods.

Nic salts

Our nic salts come in 10ml bottles, in 10mg and 20mg.

Vape pod kits

These are rechargeable pod kits that you fill yourself, so they sit in a separate collection from the prefilled ones. Have a look at the rechargeable pod kits if that is the style you want.

MHRA notified vapes and how we check them

We look up a product's MHRA notification before we list it. The MHRA, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, keeps a public list of notified e cigarettes. You can search that list yourself and check our work.

Then we look at the product itself. Pods must hold 2ml or less, and nicotine must be 20mg/ml or under. Those are the limits in the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR). We also look for the health warning, which has to cover 30 percent of the two largest surfaces of the packaging.

Single use vapes have been banned since 1 June 2025, and our kits recharge and take replacement pods. Trading Standards enforces these laws. If you want the detail, we wrote UK vaping laws explained in plain English.

Age checks on every vape order

Everything we sell is for adults aged 18 and over. At checkout you declare that you are 18 or older.

Our team looks over orders as they come in. Where there is a reason to question someone's age, we add further checks. If an order turns out to be from someone under 18, we cancel it straight away and refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Where applicable, delivery may need confirmation of identity when the parcel arrives, and most deliveries need a signature. The age verification policy lists every step.

Same day dispatch and free UK delivery over £20

Orders go out from our UK warehouse. Place yours before 7pm on a working day and it is dispatched the same day.

Delivery is free on orders over £20. Tracking is free on every service, so you can follow the parcel from our door to yours. We deliver in the UK only.

Returns and refunds for faulty vapes

If something is wrong with your order, email us first. We sort it out from there.

Returns work like this. You have 14 days from receiving an order to cancel it for a full refund, as long as the items are unused and still in their original sealed packaging. Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty, and a tracked service is the sensible way to send anything back. Once the goods reach us in acceptable condition, we refund you within 14 days.
