Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 prefilled pod kit with twist mouthpiece
The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 prefilled pod kit puts two pods behind one twist mouthpiece. Turn the mouthpiece 160 degrees and you switch from one pod to the other. Each pod holds up to 2ml and has its own mesh coil, and both run from one 850mAh built in battery that charges over USB C. The nic salt is 20mg/ml, the kit is draw activated, and the manufacturer rates it at up to 25000 puffs.

How to change pods on a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000
Changing a pod takes a minute or two and needs no tools. The pods are held on by a magnetic push fit, so there's no thread to unscrew and nothing to force. These are the five steps from our Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods page, in the same order.
Twist the housing on your kit to expose the empty or worn pod bay you want to replace.
Gently pull the old pod straight out of its magnetic bay. There's no threading to unscrew.
Remove the rubber seal or cap from the new pod's contact point, if one is fitted.
Line up the new pod's magnetic contacts with the bay and push until it clicks firmly into place.
Wait roughly one minute before your first draw so the wick can fully saturate, then twist the housing back to the flavour side you want.
How to use a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000: the twist and the draw
There's no fire button on this kit. It's draw activated, which means the battery switches on when you breathe in through the mouthpiece and switches off when you stop. There's nothing to press.
The twist is the only control you handle. The mouthpiece turns through 160 degrees and moves between the two pods. It's a simple mechanical switch, and you'll feel and hear a click as it lands in each position. The side you draw from is the side the mouthpiece is turned to.
Charging a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 over USB C
The kit charges through its USB C port with a USB C cable and an ordinary power source. Our product page gives about 40 minutes for a full charge, and there's a visible battery indicator on the device so you can see where it's got to.
A few habits keep charging uneventful. Stay in the room while it charges rather than leaving it overnight. If the device feels hot or looks damaged, unplug it and put it somewhere safe and clear of anything that burns. Keep the kit and the pods out of reach of children and pets. When a battery finally reaches the end of its life, take the whole device to an electrical recycling point, not the household bin.

Anything that isn't in the table has been left out on purpose. We only list a figure when we can point to where it came from.
How long does a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 last? Reading the 25000 puff rating
There's no single answer, because 25000 is a rating. Our page shows it as "up to", and the number of puffs you actually get depends on how you draw, how often, and how long each draw runs. Short gentle draws and long hard ones use liquid at very different speeds.
A puff rating counts the liquid supply across the whole life of the kit, so you'll charge the battery many times before the liquid is used up. We don't give a figure per charge.
Hayati 25k flavours list: about 48 flavours and the twist pairings
Nicotine strength on the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000: 20mg/ml only
The kit and its pods are 20mg/ml nic salt, and that's the only strength we list. 20mg/ml is also the highest nicotine strength allowed in a UK vape. If you're looking for a lower strength, these pods don't offer one.
Nic salt is nicotine in a salt form, the type used in small pod devices. The term describes how the nicotine is made up in the liquid.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods: what fits this kit
The pods we list for this kit are the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods. A pack has two sealed pods in it, one for each flavour side, both at 20mg/ml. Because the mesh coil is built into each pod, you replace the pod and get a new coil with it. There's no coil to fit separately.
These pods are for this kit only. Our pods page says they won't fit any other Hayati model or any other brand's device. So the rule we'd give anyone is simple: never assume a pod from another device will fit, read the name on the pack first, and if you're not sure, message us with the name of your device before you order.
Unopened, the pods keep for about 12 months if you store them below 25 degrees Celsius and out of direct sunlight. A cupboard or drawer does the job. A car glovebox or a sunny windowsill doesn't.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 after the June 2025 vape ban: what makes it legal to sell
Since 1 June 2025, single use vapes can't be sold in the UK. This is often called the disposable vape ban. A legal product has to be rechargeable and take replacement pods, or be refillable. This kit has a rechargeable 850mAh battery and replaceable pods that are sold separately.
Buying the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000: how the 18+ declaration and order review work
At checkout you declare that you're 18 or over. Our team then reviews orders for anything that raises an age concern, and we don't sell to under 18s. You can read how it works in our age verification policy.
Delivery is tracked and goes out from the UK. The terms are on our delivery information page, so check them there before you order. Our returns policy is on its own page too. If you've got a question about this kit before you buy, email sales@prefilledvapesoutlet.co.uk or use the contact form on the site.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 questions, answered
Q: How long does a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 take to charge?
Our product page gives about 40 minutes for a full charge over USB C, and there's a visible battery indicator on the device. Stay nearby while it charges. If the kit feels hot or looks damaged, unplug it and put it aside somewhere safe.
Q: How many puffs is the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 rated for?
The manufacturer rates it at up to 25000 puffs. That counts the liquid across the whole kit, not one charge, and the real number varies with how you draw. Drawing evenly from both sides would give about 12,500 per side, but that's arithmetic, not a measurement.
Q: What nicotine strength is the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000?
It's 20mg/ml nic salt, and that's the only strength we list for the kit and its pods. 20mg/ml is also the highest strength allowed in a UK vape. If you want a lower strength, these pods don't come in one. Nic salt is the nicotine type used in small pod devices.
Q: What pods does the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 take?
It takes the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods. Our pods page says they're for this kit only and won't fit any other Hayati model or other brand's device. Check the name on the pack, and message us if you're unsure which pod you need.
Q: Does the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 have a button?
No. It's draw activated, so it switches on when you breathe in through the mouthpiece. The only thing you operate by hand is the twist, which moves the mouthpiece between the two pods. You'll feel it click into each position.
Q: Can I still buy a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 after the 1 June 2025 vape ban?
The ban covers single use vapes. This kit is rechargeable and takes replacement pods, with pods up to 2ml and nicotine at 20mg/ml. Our product page lists it as notified to the MHRA under the TRPR. You can also check the MHRA notification search yourself.
Q: What can I do if one side of my Hayati Pro Ultra Plus stops working?
Turn the mouthpiece until it clicks, then press the pod in firmly so it's seated. If you've just fitted it, wait about a minute before drawing. If that side stays dead, the pod may be finished, so email us at sales@prefilledvapesoutlet.co.uk and we'll help.
