Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 not charging or one side not working: fixes to try before you contact us
A Hayati Pro Ultra Plus not charging, or working on one side only, is worth a few quick checks. Start with the cable and the plug. Swap both for ones you know are good. Then push each pod firmly into its bay and turn the mouthpiece until it clicks. Those checks take a few minutes and they cover what you can sort at home on the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 prefilled pod kit. Don't open the device. This page is for adults aged 18 and over.

Hayati Pro Ultra Plus won't charge: cable, power source and temperature
When you have a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus not charging, check the boring parts first. The charging port is USB C and the 850mAh battery is built in, so there's no spare to swap. You can rule out the cable and the power source yourself, and the port with a careful look.
- Try a different USB C cable. Pick one that already charges something else.
- Try a different power source. A different wall plug, a different USB port on the computer, or a different socket in another room all count.
- Look at the battery indicator while the cable is connected, and again a few minutes later. Note whether it changes at all. A short video on your phone is better than a description.
- If the kit has spent time somewhere very cold, such as a car overnight in January, or somewhere hot, such as a window ledge in summer, bring it back to room temperature first. Then try charging. For a cold device our winter battery post gives a waiting time.
- Stay in the room while it charges, and unplug it when you're finished.
Our product page gives roughly 40 minutes for a full charge from empty. If the kit has been connected far longer than that and the indicator hasn't moved, don't leave it connected overnight hoping. Move on to the port check. If it only fails in cold weather, our post on why a vape battery seems to die faster in winter covers the general effect and how to warm a device before charging.
If you aren't sure what your indicator is showing, send us a short video through the contact page and we'll look at it with you.
How to clean the USB C port on a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus without damaging it
USB C ports are small, and the device lives in a pocket or a bag. Lint and dust can pack into a port. It's a safe thing to look at, though we aren't saying a dirty port is why yours won't charge.
Unplug the cable first. Shine a torch into the port and look for fluff or grit. If you see some, lift it out gently with a wooden cocktail stick or a plastic toothpick. Never push metal into the port, so no pins or paperclips. Never use water, alcohol or any other liquid.
Then try the cable again. If the port looks bent, cracked or wet, stop there, don't plug anything in, and contact us.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus not turning on: there is no button to press
People often look for a switch. There isn't one. The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is draw activated, which means it fires when you inhale on the mouthpiece. There's no fire button, so pressing the side of the device does nothing.
If you draw and nothing happens, check these.
- Draw on the side the mouthpiece is turned to. It has two pods and only one is lined up at a time.
- Check the battery indicator, and charge the kit if it looks low.
- Check each pod is pushed all the way into its bay. It should click when it seats.
- Check the seal is off. New pods come with a plastic tip seal, and some have a rubber seal or cap on the contact point. Both need to come off before the pod goes in.
- If you've just fitted a pod, wait about a minute before the first draw. Our pods page asks for that wait on every pod change.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus one side not working: twist, pod seat and a finished pod
This one is easy to narrow down because you have a second side to compare with. The kit carries two pods and two independent mesh coils, one for each. The mouthpiece twists 160 degrees between them using a mechanical switch, so one side can behave differently from the other.
- Turn the mouthpiece until you feel and hear the click. Stopping just short of the click is an easy slip. Draw again once it has clicked.
- Press the pod on the dead side firmly into its magnetic bay. The pods push in and click, there's no threading. If the pod doesn't seat easily, pull it straight out, check the seal, and refit it. Don't force it.
- Wait about a minute after refitting before you draw.
- Turn to the other side and draw there. Note which side failed, because we'll ask.
- Look at the pod itself. Our Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods page lists three signs a pod has come to the end: a burnt or scorched taste that wasn't there when it was fresh, weaker flavour and thinner vapour, and a gurgling or crackling sound with liquid pooling at the mouthpiece.
A finished pod gets replaced. That's the ordinary end of a pod, not a fault in the kit. One side can reach it before the other if you draw on it more. To change one, twist the housing to expose the bay, pull the old pod straight out, remove the seal from the new pod, push it in until it clicks and wait the minute. If you're also seeing weak or burnt pods in general, our replacement vape pods not working guide covers the wider checks.
If you've changed the pod, clicked the mouthpiece and waited, and that side is still dead while the other works, contact us. Don't dig into the pod or the bay with a pin.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K pod leaking or gurgling: stop and check
Stop using a pod that is leaking, cracked or gurgling. Don't carry on to see if it clears.
Wipe liquid off the outside of the device with a dry cloth. Keep it away from the USB C port, and don't charge the kit while it's wet. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. The pods and the kit should be kept out of reach of children and pets at all times. Take a photo of the leak and send it to us.
When to stop charging a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 and put it aside
If you see any of these, stop. Don't try one more charge.
| What you notice | What to do |
|---|---|
| The device feels hot while charging | Unplug it, put it on a hard surface away from anything that burns, and stop using it |
| The device looks swollen or cracked | Stop. Don't charge it and don't use it |
| A smell of burning or chemicals | Unplug it, put it aside somewhere safe and contact us |
| Liquid in the USB C port | Stop, and don't charge until it has dried |
Never leave a device charging unattended or overnight. A dead or damaged battery shouldn't go in the household bin, so take it to an electrical recycling point.

Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 charging and one side questions, answered
Q: Why won't my Hayati Pro Ultra Plus charge?
Try a different USB C cable and a different power source first, since those are the checks you can make safely. Let the kit reach room temperature if it has been very hot or cold, and clean the port gently with the cable unplugged. If nothing changes, don't open the device. Contact us with a short video.
Q: How long does a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 take to charge?
Our product page gives roughly 40 minutes for a full charge from empty. The battery is a built in 850mAh rechargeable. If the kit has been connected much longer than that and the indicator hasn't changed, unplug it and work through the charging checks above before trying again.
Q: Does the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 have an on button?
No. It's draw activated, so it fires when you inhale on the mouthpiece and there's no fire button to press. Draw gently on the side the mouthpiece is turned to. If nothing happens, check the battery, that the pod is fully seated, and that you've removed the seal from it.
Q: Why does only one side of my Hayati Pro Ultra Plus work?
Each side has its own pod and its own coil, so one can differ from the other. Turn the mouthpiece until it clicks, refit the pod firmly, wait a minute and try again. If the pod tastes burnt, thin or gurgles, it has come to the end and needs replacing.
Q: Which pods fit the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 twin pod kit?
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods, which come as a pack of two sealed pods, one per side. They push into a magnetic bay. Check the pod name against your kit before you order, since other Hayati models take different pods.
Q: Can I open the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus to fix it myself?
No. Don't open or take apart the device. Everything you can safely do is on this page, which is cable, power source, port, pod seat and twist position. If those don't help, contact us and we'll go through it with you.
Our Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is listed as notified to the MHRA under the TRPR, and it keeps to the 2ml pod and 20mg/ml nicotine limits. Under 18s can't buy from us, and we review orders as well as taking an age declaration at checkout.
